  • 1 tsp. celery seed
  • 1 ½ tsp. celery salt
  • 1 bowl of water
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 3 tsp. cane sugar
  • ¼ tsp. pink sea salt
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1 ½ T. olive oil
  • 1 lb. gold potatoes

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Cut the potatoes lengthwise. Place them into the bowl of cold water. Combine the spices together in a small bowl. Remove the potatoes from the water and dry them. Place the fries onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil over the fries. Season the fries with the spices in the bowl. Bake the fries for 20 minutes or until they are golden brown. Serve and enjoy.
