  • 1 (5-6 lb.) cooked ham
  • 1 jar cranberry sauce
  • ¾ C. orange juice
  • ½ C. maple syrup
  • ½ C. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. ginger
  • ¼ C. peppercorns
  • Fresh cranberries to garnish

Preheat your oven to 325 degrees. Score your ham with diagonal slices and place in a roasting pan. Add a bit of water into the bottom of the pan, cover with foil, and bake for 2 hours. In a saucepan, combine and heat cranberry sauce, orange juice, maple syrup, brown sugar, ginger, and peppercorns. Take ham out of oven and drain pan of remaining water. Brush ham generously with glaze, increase oven temperature to 375, and bake uncovered for an additional 30 minutes, brushing with juices throughout. Garnish with fresh cranberries.
