  • Salad
  • 16 oz. carved turkey, shredded
  • 4 C. baby spinach
  • ¼ C. basil, chopped
  • ¾ C. cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 3 Tbs. red onion, chopped
  • Dressing
  • ¼ C. pesto
  • ¼ C.mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbs. red wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbs. olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
