  • 1 ½ lb. flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 2 large bell peppers, julienned
  • 1 C. garlic teriyaki sauce
  • 2 Tbs. minced fresh ginger
  • 1 red onion, julienned
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking

Whisk together the teriyaki sauce, ginger, onion, salt and pepper. Place the sliced beef and peppers in the marinade and refrigerate it for at least 15 minutes. Drizzle oil in a large heated skillet and saute the meat and peppers for about 10 minutes, until the steak is cooked through.
