Spaghetti Bolognese is a classic dish. This recipe takes the flavor up a notch with the bold flavor of worcestershire and minced garlic. The bolognese is the ideal dish for comfort this Veteran’s Day.

  • 1.1 lb. ground beef
  • ½ C. beef stock
  • ¾ lb. chopped tomatoes
  • ½ onion, chopped
  • 3 tsp. garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbs. tomato paste
  • 1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper
  • ½ box spaghetti
  • Parmesan cheese, grated

In a skillet, heat the oil on medium-high heat and saute the onion and garlic. Add in the meat to brown it. Stir in the beef stock, tomatoes, tomato paste, worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Make the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Continue to let the bolognese simmer for 15-20 minutes as it thickens. Top the pasta with the bolognese and serve!
