  • Oil, for frying
  • 1 C. flour
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1 egg
  • 1 C. milk
  • 3 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, chopped
  • 1/4 C. hot pepper sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. butter

Heat the oil in a fryer to 375 degrees. Mix the flour, salt, pepper, cayenne, garlic powder, and paprika in a bowl. Mix the egg and milk in another bowl. Dip each piece of chicken in the egg mixture and then the flour mixture. Refrigerate chicken for 20 minutes. Fry the chicken in batches, about 5 minutes per batch. Mix the hot sauce and butter in a bowl. Microwave until the butter is melted and stir. Pour the sauce over the chicken and toss to coat.
