Boneless Pork Tenderloin
Ingredients
- 1 pork tenderloin
- Olive oil
- Bread crumbs
- Roasted garlic
- Salt and pepper
- 2 C. water
Directions
Roll the pork in olive oil then roll it in break crumbs. Sprinkle some roasted garlic on it with salt and pepper. Put some olive oil in a glass baking dish and put the pork tenderloin in the dish and bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour, browning on both sides. Then put water in the dish and bake for an additional hour.
