Boubon Barbecue Sauce
Ingredients
- 1/4 C. ketchup
- 1/4 C. orange juice
- 1/4 C. bourbon
- 3 Tbs. butter
- 2 Tbs. cinder vinegar
- 2 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tsp. minced onion
- 3/4 tsp. liquid smoke
- 1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
- 1/4 tsp. salt

Directions
Mix ingredients in small saucepan. Bring to boil over medium heat. Reduce heat to low; simmer 30 minutes. If desired, use half to baste meat and half as a table sauce. Refrigerate in tightly sealed jar up to 2 weeks.
