Ingredients

  • 1 lb. of Ribs
  • 1 tsp Ginger
  • 4 oz. Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp. Minced Onion
  • ½ Cup Brown Sugar
  • ½ Cup Bourbon
  • ½ tsp minced garlic
  • ½ Cup of Ketchup
  • ½ Cup of Barbecue Sauce

Being by mixing all the ingredients to create the sauce. Use half of this sauce to marinate the ribs for a lengthy amount of time. The longer it marinates, the more the flavor will travel deep into the meat. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Throw the ribs onto a baking pan and bake for about 2 hours. When the ribs are done, take out of the oven and spread more sauce onto the ribs.
