Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup of bittersweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup of sugar
  • ½ cup of flour
  • ¼ cup of dark cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup of unsalted butter
  • 3 tablespoons of bourbon
  • ¼ teaspoon of baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon of salt

Directions

While the oven preheats to 350 degrees, melt the chocolate chips over low heat. Then, pour into a large bowl with the sugar, flour, dark cocoa powder, butter, bourbon, baking powder, and salt. Once the batter is mixed thoroughly, pour into a medium sized greased pan and bake for 30 minutes, or until edges are slightly crispy. Drizzle leftover melted chocolate on top of the brownies then slice, serve and enjoy!
