Do you like Pecan Pie? Well if so then you are in luck! This just might be the best pecan pie ever made! However, there is just one little twist. This pie also includes some chocolate and bourbon to make it even better than you imagined!

  • 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust
  • 3 eggs
  • 2/3 cup of white sugar
  • 1/2 a teaspoon of salt
  • 1/3 cup of margarine, melted
  • 1 cup of light corn syrup
  • 1 cup of pecan halves
  • 3 tablespoons of bourbon
  • 1 1/2 cups of semisweet chocolate chips

First, preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Then, in a bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, salt, margarine, bourbon, and syrup with a hand beater. Then stir in the pecans and chocolate chips. Pour the mixture into a pie shell.
Bake the pie until everything is set. It should be 50 minutes when the pie is done. Take it out of the oven and let it cool before serving.
