  • 4 bosc pears, halved
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • ¼ C. honey
  • 4 Tbs. butter
  • 2 Tbs. bourbon
  • ¼ C. walnuts, chopped
  • Cinnamon for serving
  • Salt to taste
  • (optional vanilla ice cream)

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Combine the lemon juice, honey, and bourbon. In a large bowl, toss this glaze with the pears until they’re fully coated. Place the pears in a baking dish and bake them for 30 minutes until tender. Top the pears with the nuts and sprinkle them with cinnamon. Serve them warm with ice cream.
