Bourbon Marinated Steak
Ingredients
- 1 3/4 lb. top sirloin steak
- 1/2 C. bourbon
- 1/2 C. olive oil
- 1/3 C. red wine vinegar
- 1/3 C. dry red wine
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 Tbs. fresh ground pepper

Directions
Place steak in deep dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over steak. Allow steak to marinate for 4 -5 hours. Remove steak and grill over hot charcoal or gas grill, baste often with marinade. Cook steak to medium rare (or desired doneness).
The Skinny: You really can't have bourbon marinated steak without the bourbon.
