  • 1 refrigerated pie crust
  • 1 lb. fresh cranberries
  • ¼ C. bourbon
  • ¾ C. granulated sugar
  • 1 orange, juiced and zested
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • ½ C. maple syrup
  • Confectioner’s sugar to dust

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Combine the bourbon, maple syrup, sugar, orange zest, juice, and cinnamon sticks in a saucepan and bring it to a boil. After it reaches a boil for a few minutes, add in the cranberries and turn the heat down. Simmer for 15 minutes. Let this mixture cool while cooking the pie crust according to the instructions on the package. Pour the cranberry mixture in the pie crust and sprinkle with confectioner's sugar.
