I model a brain out of liverwurst to look like a brain with salsa for the blood! It's really gross but really good!

Ingredients

4 C. liverwurst or chicken or liver pate
1 jar salsa

Directions

Either in a mold or free hand, shape liverwurst into brain shape. With a pencil or chop stick draw line through center of brain then be artistic to make designs in the brain. Insert large kitchen knive into mass and cover with salsa serve with your favorite crackers.
