  • 1 package of simmer braised beef sauce or white wine beef sauce
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 8 small yellow potatoes, cubed
  • 2 cups cut green beans
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 pound sirloin tips, cubed
  • 1 cup baby Portobello mushrooms
  • Fresh rosemary for garnish

In the microwave, steam the green beans and potatoes for about 10 minutes on high, or until tender. Set aside.
Heat oil in large skillet over medium/high heat.
Add sirloin tips until they are brown on each side of the meat. Cook for about 3 minutes on each side.
Add sauce packet, steamed veggies, and mushrooms to the skillet and stir to combine. Then, simmer on low heat for about 5-7 minutes until it comes to a bubbly boil.
Take the skillet off the heat and serve with rice or on its own. Enjoy
