  • 2 tbsp of oil
  • 2 pound of bratwurst
  • 2 onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic, minced
  • 3 c. of stock
  • 1 tsp of caraway seeds
  • 1 tsp of paprika
  • 2 lb of potatoes
  • 2 c. of dill
  • 4 c. of sauerkraut

Brown bratwurst in oil. Add onions and garlic and cook until slightly caramelized. Add stock, paprika, caraway seeds, and sauerkraut and simmer for 45 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in fresh dill. Serve with potatoes and chopped red onion.
