  • 2 sliced onions. 

  • 1 C butter 

  • 72 fluid oz beer
1 1/2 tsp pepper 

  • Cooking oil
  • 10 hot dog buns.
  • Brown Mustard
  • 2 C Sauerkraut

Prick bratwursts with forks to help vent inner moisture.

In a large pot, simmer brats, onions, butter, pepper and beer over medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes.
