Brazilian Coffee
Ingredients
- 1/3 C. cocoa
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 can Sweetened condensed milk
- 5 C. water
- 1 1/3 C. strong coffee
Directions
In 3 qt. saucepan, combine cocoa, salt, and cinnamon. Add sweetened condensed milk; mix well. Over medium heat, slowly stir in water and coffee heat thoroughly but Do Not Boil. Refrigerate any leftovers.
Makes 2 qts.
Note: May be stored in refrigerator up to 5 days. Mix well and reheat before servings.
