  • 2 lb. pork ribs
  • 4 C. olive oil
  • 1 1/2 Tbs. salt
  • 1 tsp. ground pepper
  • 1 Tbs. brown sugar
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 2 Tbs. oregano, chopped

In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together. Place in one large zipped bag and let it marinate overnight. Remove pork from bag and place on baking sheet. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cook for about an hour or when ribs are no longer pink in the center.
