Serving Size / Yield
- 6 slices of bread, of your choosing
- 2 tbsps. Butter
- ½ cup raisins
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- ¾ cups sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Start your bread pudding by preheating your oven to 350°F.
Break your bread into small pieces and place them in a square-baking pan (8 inches).
Drizzle your bread with melted butter and sprinkle with raisins.
In a large bowl mix together eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla.
Pour mixture over bread and push down with fork so bread is fully covered.
Bake for 45 minutes and serve hot.
