  • ¼ C. Parmesan cheese, grated
  • ¼ C. panko breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ tsp. paprika
  • ½ tsp. oregano
  • 2 T. olive oil
  • Flour tortillas
  • Shredded cabbage
  • Lime juice

In a bowl, combine Parmesan, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano. Pat tuna strips dry and evenly coat them with mixture. In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat and cook tuna for 2 minute in each side. Assemble tacos with cabbage, lime juice, and any preferred toppings.
