Breakfast Apple Crisp
Ingredients
- 4 C. sliced tart apples (about 4 C.)
- 2/3 to 3/4 C. packed brown sugar
- 1/2 C. all purpose flour
- 1/2 C. non instant oatmeal
- 3/4 tsp. each ground cinnamon, and nutmeg
- 1/3 C. softened butter
Directions
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Arrange apples in greased 8 inch square pan. Mix remaining ingredients; sprinkle over apples. Bake until topping is lightly browned and apples are tender, about 30 min. Serve warm with cream if desired.
