  • 6 eggs
  • 2 cups low-fat milk
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon mustard
  • 6-9 slices bread, cubed
  • 12 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated

Get a 9x13 inch dish and grease it. Mix together the milk, eggs, salt and mustard. Spread the bread cubes in the bottom of the dish and sprinkle the bacon throughout. Sprinkle cheddar cheese and pour egg mixture on top. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 1 hour.
