A deliciously quick and easy pizza for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (8 oz.) refrigerated pizza dough
  • 6 large eggs, scrambled, but still moist
  • 2 Tbs. finely chopped onion
  • 3 Tbs. finely chopped green pepper
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
  • 1 C. (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Unroll pizza dough and pat evenly onto a sprayed 12-inch pizza pan, forming a rim around the edges. Spoon the scrambled eggs over the crust. Sprinkle with onion, green pepper and then the bacon. Sprinkle cheese evenly over top. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until crust is lightly browned and cheese is bubbly.

Yield: 4 to 6 servings
