  • 1 cup Skim Milk
  • 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Baking Powder
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Baking Soda

Mix ingredients then cook in a hot skillet or on a 400 degree griddle. When bubbles form around edges, flip pancake and cook on other side until golden brown.
