  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ tomato; diced
  • ¼ onion; diced
  • 3 breakfast sausages; slices
  • 2 American cheese slices
  • Tortilla
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Oil

Beat the eggs and set aside.

Prepare a pan and cook the tomatoes, onions and breakfast sausages. Add in some salt and pepper and stir until cooked.

Once the ingredients are cooked, spread it evenly around the pan and pour in the eggs, creating a large omelet. When the eggs look almost ready, add in the slices of cheese and cook till it melts.

Fold the egg mixture in half and remove.

Prepare tortilla on a flat surface and add on the egg. Fold the sides over and roll, making a burrito. Enjoy!
