Ingredients
- 1 roll sausage, your choice of brand
- 6 slices bread, cubed
- 6-8 eggs, beaten
- 2 C. milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- 16 oz. cheese, shredded or Velveeta
Directions
Brown sausage in skillet, drain well, and spray a 9x13-inch baking dish. Place sausage in baking dish and top with cubed bread. Mix eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour over bread and sausage mixture and top with cheese. Bake in a preheated 375-degree oven until brown and set in the middle.
