Breakfast Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 10 3/4-oz. can cream of chicken soup
- 1 16-oz. carton sour cream
- 1 2-lb. pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1 C. cubed, cooked chicken meat
- 1 C. diced ham
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3/4 C. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 C. crushed potato chips
- 1/4 C. butter, melted
Directions
Combine undiluted soup, sour cream, hash browns, cubed chicken and ham, onions and cheese. Pour into a lightly greased 9X13 inch pan. Bake at 350* for 30 min.'s. Top with chips, drizzle with melted butter. Bake for another 15 minutes.
