This recipe requires almost no effort at all! Crack some eggs, plop them in the oven and voila! A delicious easy breakfast for the whole family. Make this the night before and freeze to make your morning a snap!

  • 12 eggs
  • Puff pastry sheet; cut into 12 circles
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Chopped parsley

Preheat the oven to 375 F. Take a 12- cup muffin tray and lightly grease it with butter.

Take the cut up puff pastry circles and fit them into the muffin cups.

Once all the muffin cups have been lined with the puff pastry, break each egg directly into the puff pastry cups. Sprinkle some salt and pepper over it to taste.

Then bake it for 20-30 minutes until eggs have set. Remove and drizzle over the chopped parsley. Serve warm.
