Breakfast Hot Dish
Ingredients
- 2-1/2 C. herbed croutons
- 2 C. shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 lb. sausage
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 2-1/2 C. milk
- 1 C. mushroom soup
- 1 small can/jar mushroom slices (drained)
Directions
Place croutons in a greased 9x13 baking dish. Top with cheese. Cook sausage until brown and drain. Put sausage on top of cheese. Beat eggs and mix with mustard, milk, mushroom soup, and mushrooms. Pour mixture over sausage. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
