This high-fiber drink is light on the stomach but will get you moving in the morning.

Ingredients

  • 2/3 C. orange juice
  • 4 Tbs. natural yogurt
  • 1 banana, broken into pieces
  • 2 Tbs. clear honey
  • 2 Tbs. porridge oats

Directions

Put all the ingredients into a blender and whiz until smooth and frothy. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
