Breakfast in a Glass
Ingredients
- 2/3 C. orange juice
- 4 Tbs. natural yogurt
- 1 banana, broken into pieces
- 2 Tbs. clear honey
- 2 Tbs. porridge oats
Directions
Put all the ingredients into a blender and whiz until smooth and frothy. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
