This is an adorable way to serve sausage links and potatoes at a brunch. It's also an easy dish for a campfire if you're out in the woods.

  • 1 pkg. brown and serve sausage links
  • 1 can pineapple chunks
  • 2 medium oranges, cut into wedges
  • 2 medium potatoes, cut into 1/4-inch thick slices
  • 1 green bell pepper, seeded and cut into squares
  • Fruit preserves

Alternate first five ingredients onto wooden or metal skewers. Grill over hot coals, basting with preserves and turning occasionally for 10-12 minutes, or until sausages are thoroughly cooked, and vegetables are tender. Warm remaining preserves and serve with kebobs.
