Ingredients

  • 1 pound of prepared pizza dough
  • 1 Large egg
  • 6 strips of bacon
  • 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

For dough: Preheat oven to 450°F and coat baking sheet with cooking spray. Flour your cutting board and roll out the dough to a round pizza-like shape. Put dough on pan and bake until puffed and golden.

Cut strips of bacon into thirds and then layer oil on dough. Sprinkle cheese and bacon on top, put back into oven. Bake until cheese is melted and bacon is cooked. While that is baking cook your egg sunny side up! Take pizza out of oven, lay egg on top of pizza, and serve!
