Breakfast Pizza
Ingredients
- 1 can canned biscuits
- 4 eggs
- bacon or other meat of choice (optional for vegetarians)
- 1 pkg. shredded pizza cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Whip eggs as though preparing to scramble. Take and place biscuit dough on bottom of pizza pan or baking sheet being sure to mash all biscuits together to form crust. Pour eggs over top of crust. Place meat of choice over egg mixture. Top with shredded pizza cheese. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden in color. Slice like a regular pizza and serve.
