Ingredients
- two 6 1/2-inch 98% fat-free flour tortillas
- 2 Tbs. fat-free cream cheese
- 2 Tbs. fat-free sour cream
- 1 C. coarsely chopped fresh fruit, such as strawberries, blueberries, peaches and pineapple
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp. light brown sugar
- cooking spray
Directions
cookie sheet. In a small bowl, combine cream cheese and sour cream, mixing until smooth. Spread evenly on top of tortillas, leaving a thin border around the edge. Place fruit on top of cheese. Sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar. Lightly coat with cooking spray.
Broil for 2 minutes, until fruit is heated and edges of tortillas begin to brown. Cut into wedges and serve immediately.
