- 1 1/2 C. (12 oz.) low-fat plain yogurt
- 3-4 bananas, peeled and cut in chunks
- 14 oz. (about 3 C.) strawberries, stems removed and coarsely chopped
- 1/2 C. skim milk or soy milk
- 2 Tbs. honey
- 1 C. ice
Slowly add yogurt, bananas, strawberries, milk, honey and ice to a blender. Puree until smooth. Serve immediately.
Yields 4 servings.
