Breakfast Soufflé

If you are in the mood to whip up something delicious for breakfast then this breakfast soufflé is for you.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. pork sausage
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 9 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1-1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 3 C. milk
  • 1-1/2 C. grated cheese
  • 4 slices of bread, cubed
  • 1 chopped onion (optional)

Directions

Brown and drain sausage. Mix in eggs, salt, milk and mustard.  Add cheese, sausage and bread cubes. Pour into a greased 9x13 pan and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.

Yield: 12-15 Servings.
