Breakfast Souffle

When you have family around I recommend making this breakfast type casserole for them in the morning. It will start everyone’s day off right.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. pork sausage
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 9 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1-1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 3 C. milk
  • 1-1/2 C. grated cheese
  • 4 slices of bread, cubed
  • 1 chopped onion (optional)

Directions

Brown and drain sausage. Mix in eggs, salt, milk and mustard. Add cheese, sausage and bread cubes. Pour into a greased 9x13 pan and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
