  • 6 medium sized carrots, shredded
  • 12 ounces small bunch broccoli, chopped
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 onions, chopped
  • I garlic love, minced
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ pound sliced bacon, crumbled and cooked
  • 1 teaspoon ground mustard

Combine carrots, broccoli, raisins, onion and garlic clove in a large bowl. Take another bowl, and mix sugar, mayonnaise and mustard. Add this second mixture to the first vegetable mixture, and toss to coat. Cover the final mixture and refrigerate.
