Broccoli and Cheese Soup
Ingredients
- 2 cans Campbells broccoli and cheese soup
- 2 1/2 C. frozen broccali
- 4 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
- 3 1/2 C. milk
Directions
Add both cans of soup into a pot. Whisk in milk. Then add broccol andi let cook, stiring occasionally, until broccali is tender. Then add in most of the cheese leaving about 1/4 C. left. Place in bowls, add salt and pepper to taste and sprinkle cheese over top.
