  • 4 eggs
  • 6 egg whites
  • 1 C. half-and-half
  • 1 C. mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 10-12 strips cooked bacon, chopped
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 ½ C. broccoli florets

Grease your crockpot with butter. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, egg whites, half-and-half, mozzarella, salt, and pepper. Combine broccoli, bacon, and tomatoes in the crockpot and pour egg mixture on top. Cook on low for 4 hours until center is set.
