  • 8 oz. pork sausage link, sliced
  • 1 pkg. chopped frozen broccoli, thawed and drained
  • 1 1/3 C. shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1 C. ricotta cheese
  • 8 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/4 C. milk
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Cook the sausage in a skillet until browned on all side. Drain and set aside. Mix the cooked sausage, broccoli, and 1/3 cup cheddar cheese. In another bowl mix ½ cup cheddar cheese, ricotta, eggs, milk, pepper, and salt. Spoon the sausage mixture into the baking dish. Put the cheese mixture over top and add the rest of the cheddar. Cover and bake 30 minutes. Uncover and bake another 15 minutes until bubbling.
