Broccoli & Cheese Quiche
Ingredients
- 1 10-oz. can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 10-oz. pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed & well drained
- 1-1/2 C. of grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp. dry basil
- 4 eggs
- 1-1/2 C. milk
- 2 unbaked pie crusts
Directions
Arrange broccoli and cheese in pie shells to completely cover the bottom. Whisk soup and basil with eggs and milk. Pour mixture into shells. Bake 40-45 minutes at 375 degrees. Cool 10 minutes before cutting.
