Broccoli, Cheese & Rice Casserole
Ingredients
- 2 C. Minute Rice (uncooked)
- 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 Lb. Velveeta Cheese
- 2 Package Frozen chopped broccoli
- 1/4 C. Butter
- couple shakes of garlic powder and onion powder
Directions
Cook rice per instructions on box. Combine soup, Velveeta and butter in saucepan. Cook until blended. Mix together broccoli, rice ,sauce and couple shakes of garlic powder and onion powder . Pour into buttered casserole dish and bake in moderate oven (375~F 400~F) for 1 hour (uncovered).
