A simple cornbread recipe that is good ol' home cooking at its best.

Ingredients

  • 1 box jiffy cornbread mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • small pkg. Velveeta shredded cheese
  • 1/4 C. diced onion
  • 1/2 box frozen broccoli

Directions

Mix all ingredients. Press and spread in lightly greased square baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
