Broccoli & New Potato Crockpot Casserole

Ingredients
- two 16-oz. pkg. frozen broccoli florets, thawed
- two 15-oz. cans whole new potatoes, drained
- two 10-oz. cans cream of celery soup
- 1/2 C. milk
- one 8-oz. pkg. cheddar cheese, divided
- 1 1/2 C. cracker crumbs
Directions
Place broccoli on plate, cut off some of the stems, and discard. In a slow cooker, combine broccoli and potatoes. In a saucepan, combine celery soup and milk. Heat just enough to mix well, then pour over broccoli and potatoes. Sprinkle half the cheese and crumbs over the broccoli. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours. When ready to serve, sprinkle on remaining cheese and cracker crumbs.
