Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. tortillas
  • 1 large can tuna, drained
  • 1 bag frozen broccoli, chopped
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can French's fried onions
  • 2 C. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

Mix the soup with 3/4 can of milk and set aside. Cook broccoli. Mix tuna, cooked broccoli, half the cheese and half can of fried onions. Add soup mixture until well-coated and set rest of soup aside. Spoon tuna mixture into center of tortillas and roll up, place seam side down in greased glass casserole dish (non stick cooking spray is fine). Pour remaining soup over top and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions and bake until cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.

If you want the tortillas a bit fuller, double the recipe except the onions. I use the big can always because we love them, I also always double the recipe because we like the tortillas fuller and it makes approximately 8 to 9 tortillas. Another thing I have done is instead of using tortillas I use noodles, cooked of course, usually small egg noodles, but any would work, everyone likes it this way too!
