Broiled Apricot Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 C. apricot nectar
- 3 Tbs. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. grated orange peel
- 2 Tbs. catsup
- 2 Tbs. cornstarch
- 1 Tbs. horseradish mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 6 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 can apricot halves (drained)
Directions
Preheat broiler. Combine apricot nectar, brown sugar, orange peel, catsup, cornstarch, horseradish mustard, and salt in saucepan. Stir until cornstarch is fully dissolved. Bring to a boil and hold for one minute. Remove from heat.
Broil chicken breasts 4-5 minutes on each side. Brush often with apricot sauce during broiling and before serving. Garnish with apricot halves.
