These golden halibut fillets are one of our favorite seafood main courses to serve. While it may look like a gourmet meal, these fillets are incredibly simple to make!

  • 3 T. Olive Oil
  • 4 Halibut fillets
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Preheat broiler, and line a broiler pan with foil. Place the pan in the oven and allow it to preheat for 4-5 minutes. Brush the fillets with olive oil, and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Remove the pan, and place the halibut fillets on the preheated broiler pan. Broil 9-10 minutes or until the fillets become golden and cook through.
